Pros
Remote work and benefits are decent
Cons
Culture is downhill with new executive team, they care only about profit. They were better when they were Robarts, the previous CEO did a better job at maintaining the culture. I'm not scared of change but it has been nothing positive the last year. They are on their way to becoming another dumpster fire of a CRO because they are growing way too fast that they can’t keep up. If you are seeking growing opportunities this is not the company. Management is a bunch of passive aggressive personalities who have become less and less interested in the people. They have no idea what they're doing as a so called global company. They don't make you feel like you belong even though they do culture surveys, they don't do anything about it. Their town hall meetings are unorganized and information is useless, they hide the important updates that might affect departments, they like to prevent others from speaking up. They give raises without telling you why you got the % you did and the pay is lower than industry standard. I've witnessed 4 layoffs and each time they let go of the good ones and bring in incompetent workers because it's cheaper. Also don't trust the people who have been there since the beginning. They will save their own necks first and protect the company even if it's morally wrong. It's remote with decent benefits so it's the only reason I'm still around. I'm severely underpaid and overlooked. They keep changing the order of command, that’s making any promotion seem impossible now. Also, I have had 4 different managers since being hired 5 years ago, let that sink in.
