Pros

Work from home Ample PTO for America (still not good compared to more civilized countries)

Cons

No time/hours flexibility. Asking too much of employees, as far as being a 'jack of all trades'. Completely out of touch, especially the newest additions. The management of this company is so poor. The actual humans in management are all mostly older individuals who do not understand for one second how the real world works any more. You're talking about profit when most of your employees can't afford a house or need a second job to survive. Better training is needed across the board.

Pros

There are absolutely zero pros to working at allcare unless you see the idea of working inside a McCorporate clone that showcases exploitative capitalism as a pro.

Cons

Where is there to start with the "cons", there are so many! And it is absolutely appropriate that this section is called "cons" because working at Allcare is a con job. Employees are hounded daily to "innovate" when many are just doing what we can to keep our heads above water. Right now in most key operational roles Allcare is probably 20% understaffed. Employees are being asked to do the work of two or three people and then chastized and told to "innovate" when they are unable to keep up with workloads that functionally no one can hope to do alone. People are let go and then instead of having key positions filled with replacements, the roles are eliminated and the work is sluffed onto someone else with no hope of being accomplished and no assistance being offered. Pay raises are contingent on your "innovation" and how your "goals align with the company strategic vision". However these are really only applicable to senior and executive leadership team members. Your rank and file employees who are struggling just to make it day to day are being told to ask themselves how their "vision" fits into the Allcare "strategic vision". Burnout is *not* respected in this company and there is *no* hope for help if you are feeling overwhelmed. Going above and beyond expectation is no longer something that will gain you a promotion or increased pay as it is no longer considered extraordinary effort...your reward is to keep your job. You earn the right to work, and then you earn the right to work more. Instead of working as a team the current management is fostering an enviornment of paranoia and trying to micro manage every aspect of your life from even before you step in the door until you get back home.
