Avoid. They are terrible. This place seemed like a great workplace. That was until the verbal abuse started on day 1. They are a large OHP servicer. They literally train you to be abusive to the subscribers. Their training materials state that the average caller on OHP can't read past 5th grade level and we were told that they were poor, uneducated, and if you don't explain it to them like they are stupid they won't get it. The training staff talked down to them as if they were so much better than these people. I pointed out that not everyone on OHP is there because they are stupid or unable to learn. I am a college graduate. I graduated with honors. I had to use OHP during a really rough patch in my life. They fired me for this. They pay under what any living wage should be for the area.

The new CEO is running this place into the ground. Did a childcare survey to assess if employees have access to or can afford childcare, etc. He gathered employee feedback with another survey and one of the things people valued the most was the hybrid set up. Hes now taking that away. I dont know one single family that isnt stressed to the max, unable to find childcare or afford it. He is leaving us with no option but to basically quit. A lot of us have gotten hybrid or completely remote because of our family situations and are performing just fine.
