Pros

There actually seriously are zero pros.

Cons

I have never actually been driven out of a company until now. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management is just that; they lack actual leadership. I repeatedly had to seek out information on my own that should have been readily available, only to be left hanging nearly every time. Projects would be assigned and I’d spend weeks or months on them only to be ignored for weeks about next steps and then gaslit and told I didn’t care about my job. I was told not to worry about clocking in and out when out at offices, only to be told it’s a “basic adult skill”. My boss would gossip about my teammates and then gossip about me. I made it 10 months before I quite literally had such a mental breakdown, I vomited in their parking lot for a week straight at the thought of going into work and was put on short term disability. This place ran me into the ground.

Pros

There are absolutely zero pros to working at allcare unless you see the idea of working inside a McCorporate clone that showcases exploitative capitalism as a pro.

Cons

Where is there to start with the "cons", there are so many! And it is absolutely appropriate that this section is called "cons" because working at Allcare is a con job. Employees are hounded daily to "innovate" when many are just doing what we can to keep our heads above water. Right now in most key operational roles Allcare is probably 20% understaffed. Employees are being asked to do the work of two or three people and then chastized and told to "innovate" when they are unable to keep up with workloads that functionally no one can hope to do alone. People are let go and then instead of having key positions filled with replacements, the roles are eliminated and the work is sluffed onto someone else with no hope of being accomplished and no assistance being offered. Pay raises are contingent on your "innovation" and how your "goals align with the company strategic vision". However these are really only applicable to senior and executive leadership team members. Your rank and file employees who are struggling just to make it day to day are being told to ask themselves how their "vision" fits into the Allcare "strategic vision". Burnout is *not* respected in this company and there is *no* hope for help if you are feeling overwhelmed. Going above and beyond expectation is no longer something that will gain you a promotion or increased pay as it is no longer considered extraordinary effort...your reward is to keep your job. You earn the right to work, and then you earn the right to work more. Instead of working as a team the current management is fostering an enviornment of paranoia and trying to micro manage every aspect of your life from even before you step in the door until you get back home.
