Allan Myers is a family. Everywhere you go people are genuinely invested in ensuring that all of us go Home Safe Tonight. From Ross Myers on down there is a commonality that strives to make it possible for every employee to win every day. And as the company grows, it doesn't forget who and where it came from. I can truly say that I look forward to coming to work every day.
Cons
Because of the nature of the business with job sites and plants scattered across the Mid-Atlantic, sometimes thorough communication can be difficult. To combat this, I always try to go the extra mile when reaching out with or for information.
