Pros
For a non union company, they are in a class of their own. Pension, optional 401k, awesome benefits, super safe, free PPE, safety talks and beginning /end shift huddle, New equipment...etc I loved working there, very clicky but and sometimes the upper management were a bit cocky without having the full knowledge to be. The good definitely outweighed the bad.
Cons
All work went south.had to leave as a result of not working most of the year. So if your from PA or surrounding states, there turned out to be little to no work and you had to travel south.
