Pros

Going to any interview can be nerve wrecking, but i truly enjoyed the experience today. Alex and all the recruitment staff was great. They were sincerely inviting and the presentation was thoroughly informative. So informative that I really didn't have any questions to ask when the time came. After the intro presentation we went into smaller groups of 9-10. Just be yourself and be true to how you answer. Researching the Allegiant Values and how it applies to your experiences will help you in this session. and make sure you confidently memorize the PA they ask you to recite. Then after this you wait to see if you are chosen to be interviewed one to one. Im excited and grateful I made it to that point.

Cons

I can't think of any cons about the process. My advice will be to do your research about the company, memorize the PA as if you are a flight attendant, and be socially confident.

Pros

* One of Allegiant’s biggest selling points is that most flights are out-and-back, so flight attendants are typically home at the end of their duty day. * This can be a major benefit if you have children or want a more predictable home life.

Cons

Allegiant’s pay has historically been lower than what many legacy carriers (Delta, United, American) pay, although contracts and wages can change over time.

Pros

Positive Work Culture: Strong team collaboration, supportive leadership, and a community-focused environment. Growth and Development: Opportunities for skill-building, internal advancement, and continuous learning. Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in scheduling, understanding management, or a steady pace that respects personal time. Impactful Work: The satisfaction of solving problems, coaching others, or seeing the direct results of your efforts.

Cons

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
