      Pros

      When you finish working for Allegiant, you appreciate all the other jobs you've had firmly on the ground.

      Cons

      I know you think it'll be fun to be a flight attendant for Allegiant, but it will not. Too many scheduling issues, too many mechanical issues, and if you think you'll only have to deal with the passengers, you're wrong. You will also have to deal with the company, who is usually working against you for their benefit. It's a waste of time, money (be prepared to use those credit cards to survive), and it's a resume killer (unless you want to be a flight attendant forever). Just don't do it, you can do better!

      You would have a varied schedule.

      Cons

      You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.

      The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
