Pros
The sky is the limit...you can learn so much and grow here. Most employees are a joy to work with and most of us help each other. Supervisors are nice. Good fly benefits for employees and immediate family members. Easy to pick more hours, so any part-timer can easily choose to keep his/her minimum 20hrs, as much can choose to work 40> hrs. Seniority moves up fast.
Cons
Doing your job and then some more, due to the lack of participation from few rotten apples in the company. Some employees don’t project a professional attitude which doesn’t help the company to look good. Some employees don’t take good care of equipment and don’t follow company rules. They’re made for good reason. But it’s understandable why the rotten apples don’t follow rules... management let those apples get away with their ways. Management see incompetence upon first days of new hires but don’t do nothing about. This explains why the good employees don’t last long or move to other departments with less interpersonal interaction. I’ve brought up ideas to improve our customer service and I see none taken seriously. It makes us the good apples to give up and become another rotten apple on the tree.
