Company Does Not Care about Employees! - Ground Operations Allegiant Air Employee Review

Completely unorganized, nobody knows what is going on half the time, Leads are hit and miss, Everything is cheap and falling apart, lots of workplace drama especially in the evening shifts, RON shifts are overall awful, Leads and managers fall short and take it out on everybody else, very low pay for working near aircraft, training is sporadic, high turnover, shuttle in from parking lot to airport which can make you late without it being your fault, strict attendance/tardy policy but it's ok for the company to force you to stay hours past your shift.
