Pros

Excellent training! Starting pay is higher than most airlines (but caps out lower). J/S agreements with many other airlines. Lots of free show tickets in Vegas. Entertainment and hotel discounts at various locations. Always adding new locations and company is very profitable.

Cons

Aircraft are extremely old and not maintained well. B757 breaks down every other day. MD-80 is always hot and you get dripped on by something every flight in the back J/S. Afternoon flights are almost always delayed. Crew Services run reserves into the ground. The company seems to have very poor customer service. Older F/As seem to be so negative towards the company that they can make your day unenjoyable.

You would have a varied schedule.

Cons

You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.
