Pros

Allegiant is an amazing airline and is a very exciting place to be right now. If you like to work for a company with a true entrepreneurial spirit, then Allegiant would be perfect for you. We are investing a great deal in our people and infrastructure and continue down a path of thoughtful growth. We have one of the most unique airline business models in the world. Come with an open mind and a good work ethic, and you will be very successful here. Allegiant rewards hard work with a great annual bonus program.. Allegiant is a young airline, and we have made great strides in developing a corporate culture over the past few years. We still have a lot of work to do, but we are very unique and have come a long way in 16 years! Accessibility to senior leadership and having your ideas heard are other great aspects of working at Allegiant. Travel benefits rival those of major airlines as we have agreements with more airlines than you can imagine.

Cons

There are downsides to any company. If you like working hard and being proud of your accomplishments, Allegiant is the perfect place.

Pros

* One of Allegiant’s biggest selling points is that most flights are out-and-back, so flight attendants are typically home at the end of their duty day. * This can be a major benefit if you have children or want a more predictable home life.

Cons

Allegiant’s pay has historically been lower than what many legacy carriers (Delta, United, American) pay, although contracts and wages can change over time.

Positive Work Culture: Strong team collaboration, supportive leadership, and a community-focused environment. Growth and Development: Opportunities for skill-building, internal advancement, and continuous learning. Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in scheduling, understanding management, or a steady pace that respects personal time. Impactful Work: The satisfaction of solving problems, coaching others, or seeing the direct results of your efforts.

Cons

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
