      Pros

      Fast pace, challenging environment with plenty of work. Self starters do well here. Staff is friendly and the new campus is a big improvement over the old office.

      Cons

      There are a lot of opinions. At times this can slow progress down. Open floor plans can get noisy, more quiet areas would be nice.

      You would have a varied schedule.

      Cons

      You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.
