Pros

There are no pros to working within the Treasury department.

Cons

Toxic work environment, low pay, micromanagement, high turnover rate due to treatment from management. Manager/director do not take other people's time into consideration, constantly showing up late to meets and not paying attention resulting in the need for things to be repeated.
