Pros

I miss the family unit of the base

Cons

HR and Higher ups dont care. joined Allegiant with high hopes and a strong work ethic, but unfortunately, my experience ended in disappointment due to how leadership handled a serious concern I raised. During my final two weeks after submitting notice, I was scheduled to work with a crew member who had sexually harassed me earlier in my employment. I expressed this concern to my supervisor and was granted approval to call out of that trip for my safety. Despite following protocol and being transparent, I was marked as non-rehirable. Meanwhile, I’ve witnessed other employees — including a pilot with multiple serious arrests — continue working. The inconsistency in how employee conduct is handled, especially when it comes to protecting those who speak up, is deeply troubling. The company may have conducted an internal investigation, but the outcome left me feeling unsupported and discarded for simply advocating for myself. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and ultimately no justice. I hope Allegiant re-evaluates how it handles these situations — both for the safety of its employees and the integrity of its culture.

Pros

* One of Allegiant’s biggest selling points is that most flights are out-and-back, so flight attendants are typically home at the end of their duty day. * This can be a major benefit if you have children or want a more predictable home life.

Cons

Allegiant’s pay has historically been lower than what many legacy carriers (Delta, United, American) pay, although contracts and wages can change over time.

Positive Work Culture: Strong team collaboration, supportive leadership, and a community-focused environment. Growth and Development: Opportunities for skill-building, internal advancement, and continuous learning. Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in scheduling, understanding management, or a steady pace that respects personal time. Impactful Work: The satisfaction of solving problems, coaching others, or seeing the direct results of your efforts.

Cons

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
