Pros
Pay & benefits. You do get decent vacation time.
Cons
Management has become very arrogant. The CEO warned of arrogance, but it is happening anyway. The identity of the company changes everyday, they can't figure out what they really want to be. Another problem is a lack of a clear direction, there is no policy. Training is non-existent. It seems as if many in management are unqualified for the position they have. There is no consistency from one manager to the next. Don't plan on being promoted unless you are friends with management, prior experience has no bearing on advancement. If you have a strong attention to detail, prepare to be frustrated on a daily basis by sloppy and error filled work by others. Some managers will pretend to look the other way passing you in the hall to avoid saying "good morning".
