Thank you for your feedback! Alliance Laundry Systems has invested millions of dollars to enhance our facilities and ensure we are providing our team members with a safe, healthy workplace. These improvements include but are not limited to: Guarded, dedicated pedestrian aisles. Powered pallet jacks to replace manual ones. Better ventilation. Improved lighting and break rooms. Safer maintenance access platforms.
Your review highlights one area where we need to do a better job; Communicating all of the good things we have done so far and are currently working on. If you have a specific safety concern, we encourage you to submit a “Safety Concern Red Card” available on the break room kiosks or as a paper copy in your department. When submitted, these are tracked through to completion. You are also welcome to share your concerns directly with our Safety Team.
