Pros
Insurance and 401 is decent, really difficult to this of much else other than it being close to work for me and some of my co workers are great.
Cons
If your a director, sales or management you are treated like you should be thanking them daily to let you work there. Its not bad enough that they literally tell employees they can be replaced by anyone on the street but I heard an upper manager tell another employee that 1 minute per acre is all you should be spending on a agronomy customer- that's horrible.
