Unprofessional - Anonymous employee Allied Coop Employee Review

Very unprofessional environment. Employees are allowed to say and do whatever they want without recourse. Managers do more complaining than taking action on the things they are complaining about. In the time I was there, things had been done and said by workers that would have gotten them fired anywhere else with decent management. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. Everyday coming to work was sickening. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.
