Pros
The teams I work with are awesome and really great to work with. The work is interesting and I can definitely see advantages.
Cons
Management decisions are pretty much OMG. It feels like there is very little caring about the human aspect of the employees with the changes that have occurred over the last few years. It also seems like there is just too much work to be done and the company has lost a lot of industry knowledge with the people either getting laid off or leaving.
