Get out while you can - Anonymous employee Allscripts Employee Review

I'm not sure where to begin.. The Q3 results that recently came out are a great indicator of where the company is headed. Massive layoffs CONSTANTLY (including today, right before Christmas might I add- I assume to try to fluff Q4 financial results.) There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to the decisions that management makes in this organization, and when changes and/or major decisions are made, the communication is utterly terrible or nonexistent. If you want to work for a company that doesn't value or invest in its employees, then Allscripts is the place for you.
