Good first job to get basic IT experience coming out of college. Good for learning IT troubleshooting and helping out those with desktop related issues. Good way to get your foot in the door with a good company. Coworkers are friendly and management is pretty laid back.
Cons
Managers and Recruiters market this job as a desktop support job but the title for this role should be "remote desktop support analyst." You're on the phone all day troubleshooting desktop and Allscripts software related issues.
