flexible hours, pay is alright
Cons
work/life balance. management is not understanding of peoples needs outside of work. they over promise and under-deliver consistently, and then expect salaried employees to work insane overtime hours. Put money into more training and employee knowledge and skill development. The 3+ weeks of straight videos do NOTHING for learning how to do the job.
