1. HR department in Bangalore is worst. 2. Few Managers and Few Directors are worst. They think they are boss and others are slave. Specially happens for the revenue teams. 3. Not Scrutinize the managers and directors before giving the post. Only uses recommendation. 4. Does not have proper process flow. Few teams follows good performance management, few managers follows bell curve to kick out any employee. 5. To many managers. Its same like too many cooks spoils the broth. 6. No transparency among the managements and employees though it is said of complete transparency.
