This is the worst company I have ever worked for. In the name of employee retention they implement unfriendly policies 1. EAP is given 50% at a time once in a May and then in Nov what ever the amount may be. Means to utilise your EAP for the year you have to invest double the amount. 2. No performance bonus 3. Uses Bel Curve for rating employees, means even if you are good performer your rating may go down depending upon your relationship with manager and you can also get a zero increment 4. No respect for employees.if You complain about canteen service or Travel service you will suffer but the service will not improve 5. You pay for Parking space that too more than triple than a market rate.... the best joke for a company with ove billion dollor revenue 6. Worst facilities team I have seen
