The company is top heavy with lots of management. It is very difficult to move any projects forward in a timely manner due to the constant reorganization and lack of motivation and vision from management.. Some staff are extremely hard working and others don't ever reply to phone calls and emails but pretend that they are busy to avoid a lay off.
