As far as benefits and pay go, they seem laser-focused on providing the median package. For the management, I would say they are stable and consistent. If you are looking to be a lifer in health IT, this is the place to go.
Cons
Slow and predictable, governed by inertia. Business strategy is founded on the stickiness of health IT products and doesn't care much for innovation in its tech or in its culture.
