Pros
Casual dress code (if no client interaction), great location, lots of travel (Pro for some). Most colleagues are friendly, helpful people.
Cons
Bonus is not guaranteed, and is paid annually. Travel percentage is high and will definitely be higher than what your recruiter tells you. Expect leaving home on Sunday and returning Friday quite frequently. There is no incentive for high travel percentage. Earning hotel/airline points doesn't cut it for an incentive. The company doesn't seem to have a long -term plan for many of its business units, and many of the products have little focus on quality so client-facing individuals better have a thick skin. It seems that product development doesn't listen very closely to many customers and employees in regards to ways to improve the product.
