Salary is not good took me four years to still be below average salary for the company, promotions are non existing if you are not part the IN team, management and executives do not hold up on their word, leadership do not have knowledge on the product, you will be overworked with little training, people that are suppose to support you do not have knowledge of the product and are selling it to client with false hope. Company makes you provide sales add-on but do not get compensate for the work.
