Cons
Some policies regarding payment of performance linked bonus, reimbursements etc are bad. Payments are made once per year only. On your offer letter you get a big figure, however the money that actually flows in is much less. They keep a substantial amount in a kitty that an employee will get after retirement at age of 65. No one retires from IT company in India. Appraisal each year is very less. So get a good salary when you join in. No onsite opportunities. If you go for 30 days training abroad then there is a bond on 6 months. If you go for 31 days or more the bond is for 1 year. The fine for breaking bond is HUGE.
