Pros
Amount of vacation (if your management allows you to take it). Numerous office locations plus lots of home office/remote positions.
Cons
No raises given in years. Bonuses were laughable if given at all. Extremely manual processes. Everything done in crisis mode. Never want to do it right the first time but willing to pay lots and lots of consultants to manually "fix" what they wouldn't pay to do right. Antiquated internal systems. Disconnect between management and employees. Extreme hours are expected.
