Growing your career is an uphill battle. Good luck getting a promotion. Raises are scarce. I started at a reasonable salary, but would consider myself notably underpaid at this point. Management is always moving around and leaving. I feel as though I’ve gotten lost and the shuffle and left behind as an employee.
