Pros
There are corporate "recharge days" which are paid days off, not taken from PTO/SICK time.
Cons
LOW paid positions for expected workload. Management lacks proper communication to employees. Benefits are great only I'd your manager decides you're eligibility for them. They have a point based perk program that taxes as additional income far greater than the actual value of the points for redemption.
