Pros
Front level workers and managers.
Cons
Management too busy lining their own pockets and investors. Could not care less about workers, in effect tries to make people leave by flippantly not honoring commitments made. Cancelling all bonus for all individuals except sales, and director level and up. Going back on commitments to paying out for weekend work, as they can't forecast. And yet finding money to do share buy backs to keep share price high, so management can cash in who gets shares as bonuses.
