Pros
Remote work. No Hybrid or On-site requirement.
Cons
No work-life balance. Unreasonable amount of assignments for one individual. Held to call metrics even on your off days. If you miss a call, even when you're not scheduled to be working, it is held against metrics. High turnover rate. Phone numbers for adjusters are recycled and you will receive constantly calls for cases that are not yours. Management does not properly inform customers when their agent leaves, will instead assign you a claim from that individual, which has by then piled up with late Voicemails and e-mails and you will be held liable for that previous agents failure to respond even though you just got the claim 2hr prior. Constantly working 10hr shifts daily and working on weekends just to stay ahead. No Overtime or bonuses. Given "applause points" which allows you to purchase pre-listed items on their website, but you are charges taxes for anything you get directly out of your pay.
