Pros

Very flexible working environment. You can go for your personal work at any time of the day. You can take a rest if not feeling better at any time of the day. Very supportive workforce here at Ally. Its been a month for me working with the extraordinary minds here at Ally, but it has been magnificent so far. I'll edit this review again as I spend more and more time with Ally. And as far as work-life balance is a concern, guys it is a start-up that is looking to make a name for itself in the market. So if you are really passionate about learnings, you might not find much difficulty. But, if you are looking for a 9-5 job, then some day or the other, you might get disappointed. But, I hope as it will gain more stability, it is surely going to be a wonderful place to be a part of.

Yes, as a company we believe that work and life are two sides of the same coin and we understand that work-life integration is the need of the hour and to ensure that our employees are able to manage both their personal and professional lives, we have flexible working hours. Additionally, as we continue to grow, we have both hybrid and remote work culture, where, we enable people to work from wherever they are most productive and support individual needs along with building strong teams. Finally, we take a lot of pride in our work and as result sometimes our teams are stretched, but we are surely working and taking measures to ensure a good work life balance for our employees. Pros

It's the perfect blend of challenging, motivating and rewarding. Since I started, I've had the ability to work with amazing talent while diving head first into a variety of exciting projects. The company lives what we preach, so OKRs are how we run our day-to-day. Everything is transparent. This means everything, the wins, the struggles, and the losses. We hold each other accountable and work cross functionally to support and directly impact annual and quarterly goals. We are one giant team, operating in smaller tactical groups to get things done quickly. It's about building a piece, or making even a small impact every day. As a team, we strive for continuous improvement. This is not at all negative, but instead periodic reflection to step back and validate the "why" behind what we do, and how we can make processes, meetings, projects, approaches and the product more efficient.

Cons

We are empowered to remain focused, but start up life breeds endless distractions, so walking the balance of what to spend your time on is a struggle everyone faces daily.
