Pros

I believe in People, Product and Profits People are awesome, product is getting built rapidly and we need more people here, that's why hiring is going on rapid pace. Profits or say money part is good, company is growing. Have a lot of cash in bank, business is not capital intensive, so no stress company might go bankrupt.

Cons

I fear new joiner's won't be able experience and live a culture. So, culture might dilute. I don't quite like HR team, they are very sharp people. (But maybe that's just me, don't liking HR's anywhere)

Thank you for your review. We are proud of the fact that we have grown 3X in the past year and in the short span of 2.5-3 years we have acquired over 1000 paying customers across the globe and this would not be possible without the contribution from everyone on our team. We take pride in our culture and as you'd know that all of our leaders actually walk-the talk of our values and this will continue to be the case as we march ahead. Noted your point on meetings. Thank you and wish you the very best!

Pros

It's the perfect blend of challenging, motivating and rewarding. Since I started, I've had the ability to work with amazing talent while diving head first into a variety of exciting projects. The company lives what we preach, so OKRs are how we run our day-to-day. Everything is transparent. This means everything, the wins, the struggles, and the losses. We hold each other accountable and work cross functionally to support and directly impact annual and quarterly goals. We are one giant team, operating in smaller tactical groups to get things done quickly. It's about building a piece, or making even a small impact every day. As a team, we strive for continuous improvement. This is not at all negative, but instead periodic reflection to step back and validate the "why" behind what we do, and how we can make processes, meetings, projects, approaches and the product more efficient.

Cons

We are empowered to remain focused, but start up life breeds endless distractions, so walking the balance of what to spend your time on is a struggle everyone faces daily.
