Pros
Absolute great product and great people to be a part of! Interview Process: The founders are highly involved and thorough in the process. It was fun and engaging at every step, involving creating a 3 step email sequence, LinkedIn messaging, mini-roleplay, and video prospecting examples! On-boarding: Extremely in depth but in a good way. It's not one of those startups where you have to fend for yourself to figure anything out. Everyone (including people outside your team) are ready and willing to help. The level of training with open Q&A gave me the product knowledge to confidently and capably speak on the platform enough to book meetings even after just starting! Outreach: This is honestly the nicest industry I have ever cold outreached in. Most cold prospects are happy to talk to you. Coming from working at an enterprise level previously, this sincere kindness to cold callers is wild. This is quite motivating and keeps the sometimes tediousness of cold outreach from being too wearisome. Other Fun Tidbits: One stop shop great product, making it easy to sell and believe in. They're always looking for ways to improve both the product and their outreach methods. Genuinely care about their customers success and satisfaction to the point it's often touted by customers as their favorite thing about Almabase. Perks: Work From Home (does more need to be said?)! They provide you with everything you need to do your job. They're a forward thinking company and ACTUALLY walk the walk when they say that your happiness is important to them. This is reflected in their unlimited PTO policy (and they don't shame you when you use it either!). Micromanaging is non-existent.
Cons
Not so much a con more so a given - Almabase is a startup and therefore has startup growing pains. They're constantly trying to improve so if you can't be flexible with change then it won't be a good fit.
