The commitment this team has to doing right by both customers and employees is remarkable. I've been involved with many SaaS startups in a few different capacities, and the team at Almabase is hands down the most impressive.
Being fairly new to the company, I can speak especially to the thorough, extremely well thought out training they offer to new joins. Far more than a typical startup company's usual sink-or-swim, the founders and more senior staff put in the work to make sure you're set up for success and that you really become a part of the team.
Culture, values, and mission orientation aren't just buzzwords crammed into a powerpoint presentation and left to collect dust on a shelf here. The whole team really shares a passion to do great work and accomplish amazing things. There is experience, education, and growth that can happen for you here, working alongside very smart and talented people who value you.
