Pros

Some amazing coworkers Great chiropractor

Cons

Let’s start with I’ve quit this company two times now and I have definitely learned my lesson. 75% of the reasons I left in the first place are the same reasons I left again, added with some new problems. I was told when I came back that “the grass isn’t always greener” and trust me I know that… but sometimes you need a double take to realize that the grass your standing on is just dead and spray painted green. There is constant change. They will excuse it by saying they are a start up when in reality it seems like no one is thinking full picture. There are constant, sudden changes without thinking about consequences. Within 1 year the SDR team changed CRM systems 4 times, 3 of those times were within 5 months. Changing CRMs is a lot of work, it’s worse when every single time we switched, our data would get messed up and we would have to manually put our leads back together, wasting time, time and time again. It didn’t seem like much thought, or even research, went into these decisions made and it was more of a temporary fix for the time being. Don’t get comfortable though, because as soon as you grasp what they give you, they change it up once again continuing and continuing the cycle. The rules are constantly changing as well. If feels like we are constantly set up to fail. Our feedback is always asked for but rarely listened to. If you had constructive criticism or negative feedback, they don’t want to hear it. Leadership is very “my way or the highway”. Being that I am an SDR, it’s in my nature to ask questions and be curious. Instead, I would get accused of being negative or talking back. Make sure you notate everything. The CEO constantly forgets conversations. Leadership seems to get away with a lot. I’ve seen people talk down to, belittle, and degrade employees, in front of other employees, on numerous occasions. Isn’t leadership supposed to “set an example”? It’s a lot of “do as I say and not as I do”. They like to control everything. They don’t want you hanging out in cliques, or talking to each other about work. Expect to be micro managed. At this company everyone knows everything. It doesn’t matter what department you are in, or what title you have. Everybody talks and news travels fast. Sometimes you can even read about it in a meeting description on the calendar. But it’s not too surprising considering the CEO makes it known that “there are no walls for a reason”. They over promise and under deliver. There are also unrealistic goals with no structure to hit them. No systems in place if you are looking to grow in your career. I hit my quotas for a promotion, it’s now more than 5 months later and I’m not promoted. Honestly, I was never going to be. No one had any hope that I was going to hit my quota, including the CEO. Once I did, they had no training or systems in place for me to advance in the company. It wasn’t until a week ago when I was told they aren’t hiring for that position. This company has been promising good change and growth since the day I started well over a year and a half ago. Has there been some? Sure. Am I going to wait around and waste more time seeing if they will keep their word? Not a chance.

Pros

In-House Chiropractor, Provided Lunch, Nice Office, Great Co-Workers, Fun Environment and Upward Mobility. The upward mobility is hyper-dependent on the individual and the work they put in. Promotions are not given at this company, they are earned through continuous and consistent great work.

Cons

This is not an environment where you can coast. You have expectations of work to be done every day, week and month and you are held accountable to those metrics.

Pros

You develop thick skin fast.

Cons

If you are considering working here, please seriously protect your mental health and think twice. Aloha is emotional exhaustion disguised as hustle culture. You are not treated like a human being here, you are treated like a metric. Instead of constructive coaching, the environment feels centered around tearing employees down, creating anxiety, and keeping people in a constant state of stress and fear. Metrics and expectations are constantly changing, making it feel nearly impossible to ever truly succeed or feel accomplished no matter how hard you work. I personally experienced a major decline in my mental health while working here, and I was far from the only one. Burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion felt normalized rather than addressed. Many employees looked mentally drained, yet were blamed for “not wanting it bad enough”. The CEO creates an environment built on fear, pressure, and financial insecurity rather than genuine leadership or mentorship. Motivation often felt rooted in making employees feel replaceable. The CEO cares about his personal image, money, and status while employees were left mentally and emotionally drained. The overall culture often felt immature, negative, and unprofessional. The gossip, disrespect, constant negativity, and behavior from upper management felt more like high school drama than a professional workplace. It created an environment where employees felt uncomfortable, unsupported, and emotionally exhausted before the workday was even over. There are far healthier companies where you can receive strong coaching, better compensation, real career growth, work-life balance, and leadership that actually values employees as people instead of production numbers. Save yourself.
