There are too many cons to write but here are the most important. 1) You NEVER get paid on time, 2) If you do get paid, its never the right amount, 3) Management acts as though payroll inconsistencies are not significant issues, 4) People are never treated fairy or with respect 5) Management is under qualified. 6) Some projects enforce mandatory overtime but they try to word it differently 7) You never know if you will have a job due to the constant changes by this subpar company... to name a few
