      Pros

      I loved it was remote & work from home.

      Cons

      They will fire you even if you have been there over 7 years. our client terminated the contract and they did not move us anywhere. they chose favorites to furlough. HR only cares about herself and the operation managers are horrible ! They do not care about you or will they give out any raises.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
