Pros
You're indoors out from the heat and cold and its full time.
Cons
Computers are in dire need to being replaced. Constantly coming into work playing musical chairs finding one that will work. Managers are corrupt. Customers are full of it and are all "entitled". Training is poor, you get 5 weeks of class room training that amounts to nothing. 7 weeks of "nesting" which honestly stresses you out even more because you're not prepared to take and assist customers. They need to reduce the amount of people per class, so that we can thoroughly go through materials. Pay is crap for the amount of work we have to do. Overall I only accepted this job because it was the only job that would take me when I was desperately in need of money. Trust me when I say if and when I get another opportunity to get another job, I am not giving them my two weeks. I'm quitting the dame day.
