Almost everything, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SURVEYS & NOTHING ELSE, computers barely work, headsets barely work, Rude customers, unrealistic expectations, not enough training, told you are doing horrible just to get you to work harder so the OM's and the higher up's can get their bonuses , miserable enviorement sometimes, alwwys threating to give u a final or write you up, constant change of Team Managers constantly being switched making it harder in everyone else working, constant new updates we're never told about or receive training for, everyone quits! Not a job i consider job security at all. If you need quick cash come here but DO NOT GET STUCK HERE! RUN FAST!
