Pros

Good job atmosphere and incentives.

Cons

while on training supervisors take forever to help you, as a customer service rep the majority of calls you take are from upset cuatomers but it is a requisite that you make a certain amount of sales per month which can be a little difficult due to the nature of the calls you receive.

Pros

Remote/work from home makes it easy.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics from training to onboarding to on calls. Your trainer will promise you one thing, and when you're on calls, your manager will bring you back to reality. They use AI transcription software to QA calls and if you mumble something that might be off-color between calls and they catch it, you're gone. Also, my manager would not cater his advice to me when I was a new agent. It's a slog, and if you're a single parent, they will take advantage of you.
