Pros

Amazing people to work with. A company that cares about its employees. With the employee culture committee, an MLBA committee that takes care of employees in need and a focus on women in leadership. These programs help employees like no company I have ever worked for before. Love working with a team that is dedicated to its people and thier success

Cons

With such fast-paced growth the past few years there have been a lot of changes, but good changes overall

Pros

Remote/work from home makes it easy.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics from training to onboarding to on calls. Your trainer will promise you one thing, and when you're on calls, your manager will bring you back to reality. They use AI transcription software to QA calls and if you mumble something that might be off-color between calls and they catch it, you're gone. Also, my manager would not cater his advice to me when I was a new agent. It's a slog, and if you're a single parent, they will take advantage of you.
