Pros

The benefits are decent. There job is not very demanding once you get the hang of things. You basically just sit in a chair and talk to people all day. It's also a very stable income. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. It's also pretty easy to get hired there.

Cons

Training is pretty intense. The information systems that are used are massive so there's a lot to learn at first. After the 5 week training/certification process it takes another 1-2 months to get a grip on things. Many customers calling with very unique problems.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
