Pros
will hire anybody w/ DIploma/GED/degree that can read; OK for a first job to get some experience on your resume don't have anything good to say about this horrible company, should/NEED be reported to the Department of Labor for unfair work practices. Some of the things that go on at this company have to be illegal.
Cons
horrible business atmosphere favoritism by management lazy and unknowledgeable management staff no floor support training is pointless company lies continuously (document everything they tell you!) you may be asked to perform duties outside of you role commission is a joke benefits are a joke (don't cover anything for$ 250/month to be taken from you pay on top of taxes about 20%) does not care about employees and will screw you over every chance they get no advancement or pay raises whatsoever! very high turnover rate due to the hostile work environment job is threatened everyday scheduled hours are not consistent. Don't look forward 40 hours a week. constantly overstaffed then understaffed (because of the high turnover rate) IF offered a new position or "promotion", DO NOT accept it until you have an acceptance letter at the time of offer. You most likely will be disappointed because the position never really existed. They will have you perform duties that are not a part of your role then go on to "demote" you from a position that never existed. don't have anything good to say about this horrible company, should/NEED be reported to the Department of Labor for unfair work practices. Some of the things that go on at this company have to be illegal.
