Horrible, only work here if desperate - Customer Service Alorica Employee Review

They hire anybody and it’s basically like high school that you get paid to go to, gossip and drama are very high here. I don’t think they pay enough to deal with the environment plus irate customers. The job itself is easy. This would be a great place to work if you just need something temporary. No job security they fire a lot here.
