Unsanitary bathrooms and the smell is horrible. Inconsistent management and direction. Constantly changing policies without giving proper communication to agents. Smallest break room with no healthy choices or food for people with allergies. They will find any reason to not give you a bonus and if you are successful, you will be watched and hunted. Bonus is a joke and inconsistent with when it’s dispersed. You will never know when your getting it and no one keeps you updated on when it will be dispersed. Nesting program is run by one of the rudest women there. The program does not set you up to succeed and the person getting all the credit barely speaks to you.
